1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 Any order placed with G.M.A Transmission, whether through communication with our representatives, email or other contact channels, will be reviewed by the general conditions of sale and are subject to the specific conditions applicable to orders placed via the Internet or with the Customer Relations Center.
1.2 G.M.A Transmission reserves the right to change the conditions at any time, without prior notice, by publishing the updated version on the official channels.
2. ORDERS
2.1 Orders can be placed:
- By phone or email
- In store
2.2 Deliveries are made throughout Albania with the following rates:
- Within Tirana and Durrës: 200 lekë for orders under 10,000 lekë
- Outside Tirana and Durrës: 400 lekë for orders under 15,000 lekë
Free delivery for orders above these amounts.
2.3 Orders are subject to product availability in stock.
2.4 The company reserves the right to refuse orders in case of unpaid fees or lack of stock.
3. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
3.1 Deliveries in Tirana are usually made within 24-48 hours; in districts within 48-72 hours.
3.2 If a specific mode of transport is requested by the customer, the relevant cost will be invoiced separately.
3.3 The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.
4. VERIFICATION OF GOODS
4.1 The customer is responsible for immediately verifying the condition and quantity of the goods upon receipt.
4.2 Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours with the relevant documentation.
4.3 In these cases, G.M.A Transmission offers product replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
5.1 Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, if:
- Are in unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the purchase invoice
5.2 Gearbox parts that have been opened, assembled or damaged are not accepted for return.
5.3 Requests for return in monetary value must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
6.1 Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs when the conditions for free delivery are not met.
6.2 Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer or other previously agreed forms.
7. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
7.1 The goods remain the property of G.M.A Transmission until the full settlement of financial obligations by the customer.
8. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
8.1 Our products are sold with a functional warranty against proper use and correct assembly.
8.2 For technical assistance, advice or clarifications after the sale, customers can contact our technical team.
9. PERSONAL DATA
9.1 G.M.A Transmission respects the privacy of customers and guarantees that personal data will be treated in accordance with applicable legislation and will not be shared with third parties without express consent.
